PROFILE AFEGBAI, Omolere Abosede, is a passionate educator with the zeal to improve education and tourism in Nigeria. She is equipped with more than a decade’s experience in the field. She is a member of the Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and Institute of Tourism Professionals (ITP). She is practical and proactive in global interactions on tourism, having spearheaded and planned several tours across Africa and beyond and facilitated in several tourism workshops and seminars. She is a seasoned scholar and a highly dynamic individual, not averse to contributing and learning in and beyond her field. She is self-motivated and eager to explore more areas of knowledge to contribute positively to tourism in Nigeria and beyond.

Chinyere Uche-Ibeabuchi is a training and communication expert with over 20 years experience in the tourism industry. She plans, conducts and administers programmes that empower employees with required knowledge and skills for excellent service delivery. She is currently a Principal lecturer at the National Institute for Hospitality and Tourism and the Zonal Coordinator for the Lagos Campus.
Project Lead at Omo Forest Elephant Initiative
I'm Olabode Emmanuel, Project Lead at Omo Forest Elephant Initiative managed by the Nigerian Conservation Foundation in partnership by Ogun State Ministry of Forestry. Together with our team in Omo Forest Reserve - which is a Key Biodiversity Area in Nigeria, we focus on forest elephant conservation alongside other biodiversity conservation as well as protecting the beautiful landscape which has made this protect area an important ecotourism hotspot and destination in Nigeria which provides opportunities for various nature-based adventures along elephant trails such wildlife sightings, bird watching, hiking, wilderness trekking and camping experience etc.

Bosede Adenike Kosemani is currently the Project Manager of Lekki Conservation Centre (LCC), Lekki, Lagos. Lekki Conservation Centre (LCC) – the pearl of nature conservation, ecotourism and sustainable enterprise is the flagship project of the Nigerian Conservation Foundation (NCF). NCF is the foremost environmental Non-Governmental Organisation dedicated to the promotion of natural and environmental resource management and sustainable development issues in Nigeria. Bose has over 10 years’ cognate experience in grassroots outreach & community engagement; multi-stakeholders’’ relations & management; public (government) & private sector engagement & relations; resource mobilization & management; conservation leadership &networking and policy & collaborative advocacy. As an experienced Project Management expert with proven track record, Bosede has admirably and successfully managed several projects across different facets of biodiversity conservation; enhancing sustainable rural livelihoods; REDD+ projects; Environmental Education and awareness programmes. Bosede was the Project Manager for the Fauna and Flora International (FFI) Wonegizi REDD+ project in Liberia (2018 - 2021). She had been a Consultant to the United Nations University – Environment and Human Security (UNU-EHS) (2014 – 2015) on the Transformational and Resilience of Urban Coastal Cities Project in Nigeria, with Lagos as a case study. She was the Manager for the Wetlands Ecosystems Management Project (2015 – 2016). Bose has an MSc in Physical Geography and Ecosystems Analysis, Lund University, Sweden and a B.Sc honours in Geography and Environmental Management, University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Her core competencies are in sustainable livelihoods, community engagement and natural resources management in a challenging and remote environment as well as Project Management while taking positive actions that help in promotion of socio-economic transformation without infringing on the cultural belief systems of the people. Bose is an active member of the Young Women in Conservation Biology – Africa and Society for Conservation Biology (SCB). .

Taiye Olayemi is a renowned travel, tourism and entertainment Correspondent with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), operating from the Lagos office. With over 10 years experience as a journalist in the creative industry space, Olayemi has written series of articles which have earned her numerous local recognition and awards. She won the Ballearica award of 2022 Best Tourism Journalist in Nigeria and the Travellers Award of Excellence, as a tourism promoter in 2020 and 2021, among many other awards. The award winning Principal Correspondent is well travelled and has been to countries like Ghana, South Africa and Senegal for coverage of iconic events. Olayemi who is a graduate of English Language from the prestigious University of Ilorin in Kwara State, loves to write, read, travel and explore nature. She is currently serving as Secretary of the Association of Nigerian Journalists and Writers of Tourism (ANJET).
